Returns & Warranty Policy

To request a return, email us at ashfaq@hallofshades.au. All returns must be posted to the following

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or
incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll assess the issue and provide a resolution -
whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.


1-Year Warranty
All sunglasses sold by Hall of Shades come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering
manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Scratched lenses
- Loss or theft
- Damage due to improper use or cleaning
To make a warranty claim, email ashfaq@hallofshades.au with your order number and photos of the
issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customised sunglasses (e.g., Ray-Ban Remix)
- Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses (can only be returned in-store)
Refunds
If your return is approved, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within
10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and banks may take additional time to process the
refund.
